少年時代、練習に行って殴られなかった日は無いくらい、怒られ殴られた。
朝から晩まで練習するのが当たり前の時代、
真夏でも水を飲めなかった時代だ。
耐え切れず、トイレの水や雨上がりにできた水溜りの水を飲んだ経験もある。
甲子園でプレーさせて頂き、ジャイアンツで、そしてメジャーでも投げさせて頂き、
野球というものを、ある程度は、熟知していると思う。
そんな経験をしてきた僕が、今の日本の野球指導者にお願いしたいことです。
厳しい言い方かもしれないけど、
