Salesforce.com has integrated CRM for Twitter into its Service Cloud offering. Among other things, users will be able to monitor tweets for comments about their products and enter conversations when appropriate.

セールスフォースがFacebookとGoogle Appsに続いて、同社のService CroudってCRMサービスにTwitterを統合する、とのこと。
元記事読むまで知らなかったんだけど、SAP（のCRMとBusiness Objects Insight）もTwitterを活用できるんだね。
CRMとしてもうTwitterは無視できないなんてのはもうとっくに昔の話で、積極的に有効活用する現実的な手段が揃ったってことか。
